  1. Combine the rosemary, salt and pepper; rub over steaks. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook steaks in oil for 5-8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145 degrees F; medium, 160 degrees F; well-done, 170 degrees F)
  2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the cornstarch and wine or broth until smooth. Stir in the cream, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in crab; heat through. Serve over steaks.

This was quite tasty everyone liked it. The sauce was a bit thin for me, I might use less chicken broth next time. Overall a great change for steak!

I don't know why but this just tasted very bland. No one in my house cared for it. Sorry!

Overall a different type of sauce for meat. Needs a little more cornstarch to thicken and horseradish sauce for spice a bit.

This was an awesome way to change up steak and crab meat. I used low fat sour cream instead of heavy cream and it came out a nice thickness. Kids even loved it.

really good and easy, Needed a little more kick for me. More horseradish and mustard. maybe some Old Bay?

Easy to fix superb taste

I loved this sauce. I had some imitation crab in the fridge and wanted to use it in a new way. I put mine over fish but plan on putting it on alot of meats! Great recipe!

I thought this was a nice change for a steak. It is really good, but mild and different.
