  1. Place 1 in. of water and carrots in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well. In a large skillet, melt butter. Add seasoned salt, pepper and carrots; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until carrots are tender. Sprinkle with chives.

I've made these twice, and both times, they weren't huge on flavor. I added a couple of cloves of minced garlic to the carrots the second time I made them, and that helped a little. I think mayb...

Gets points for being very quick and easy. Yeah, a little bland but easily adjusted, so it's not a big deal. I added garlic instead of chives. Thanks for the recipe!
