  1. In a small bowl, combine the apple, pineapple, pecans, sour cream and salt. cover and refrigerate until chilled. to score cucumbers, cut lengthwise strips through peel. Cut each cucumber into 16 slices. Blot with paper towels to remove moisture. Spoon 1 teaspoon apple mixture on each slice.

I honestly don't think these deserved more than 3 12/ stars but my guests thought they were OK & I can't give 3 & 1/2 so I'm giving four. I thought they were very bland & needed to be jazzed up ...
