  1. In a small bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, sugar and cinnamon; stir in butter. Press into a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add egg yolks; beat on low speed just until combined. In a small mixing bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust. Bake for 28-39 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes. Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with fruit.

Well these did not turn out so great for me. Although the filling was so good the crust was far too hard. does anyone have any suggestions on what i did wrong? i followed the recipe exactly!

Needed more cheese filling, it was very good. I added about 1table spoon of coco to the gram cracker mix and I drizzled some backer chocolate on the top.

This was absolutely scrumptious and very easy to make. I will be making this for many occasions in the future. Thanks!
