  1. In a large bowl, combine the salad dressing, cucumbers, olives and Creole seasoning. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Just before serving, place the salad greens in a large bowl; add cucumber mixture and toss to coat.

Footnotes

  • The following spices may be substituted for the Creole seasoning-1/2 teaspoon each paprika and garlic powder, and a pinch each cayenne pepper, dried thyme and ground cumin.

Very good, but the Creole seasoning kind of disappeared in the Italian dressing, so it really didn't have much of a kick to it at all. Loved the saltiness of the olives with the cucumber though....

This is a good salad, but next time I think I'll buy the olives already cut up and save myself a little time! Otherwise, it was easy and tasted great!

So easy to put together and so good! I love the saltiness the olives give this salad. I did add some cherry tomatoes that I cut in half to give this some color and flavor. Overall, very good.

This was pretty good. I used zesty dressing and homemade creole seasoning and the flavor was almost too strong when combined with the olives.
