  1. In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion, green pepper and garlic in butter over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender and meat is no longer pink. Add the broth and soy sauce; bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1-2 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in the tomato, snow peas and paprika; cook 30 seconds longer. Serve over rice.

It was OK. It needed some spicing up. I added 1 cup of beef broth, and 1 tablespoon more of soy sauce.

This was so easy to make and tasted very good. I did, however, had to add black pepper, cayenne as well as quite a bit of salt, but it tasted great. My husband and kids emptied their plates!

This recipe is the best! It is fast and very satisfying. I add lots of tomatoes because my family loves them. This is a go to recipe on a busy day. I am so glad I found it.
