  1. In a bowl, combine the butter, honey, mustard and curry powder; set aside. Place chicken skin side down in a greased 8-in. baking dish; brush with sauce. Turn chicken skin side up; brush with sauce. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until chicken juices run clear, basting often.

This is a quick and easy even though i didn't bake it.I did fry the chicken and just lightly coated it with the honey sauce.This is quite tasty Thanks

I loved this recipe. The only thing I kept out was the curry. And I put the broiler on for the last 1-3 minutes.

This was really yummy and very quick and easy. I used boneless skinless breasts, should have baked it uncovered for longer instead of baking mostly covered. Will definitely make this again.

This was very yummy!! I also added cinnamon and just dumped the sauce onto the chicken, turning and brushing again every 10 minutes while in the oven. I also made some extra sauce for the rice.

I found this recipes to be great, however I added just a little bit of ground cinnamon as well as some red pepper flakes.

We loved this! After reading the other reviews, we added the red pepper flakes and the cinnamon. We also broiled for the last few minutes. Delicious and different!
