  1. In a saucepan, bring broth to a boil; add couscous. Cover and remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl; fluff with a fork and cool.
  2. Add onions, tomatoes, basil, oil, vinegar, pepper flakes, salt and pepper; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Garnish with tomatoes.

YUM!! Used all ingredients as written and then added 1/4 C of parmesan and 1/4 C sliced black olives for color. VERY GOOD!

Perfect every time... love to add chicken and sometime I use balsamic vinegar instead of red wine vinegar

I prepared this pretty much to the letter. It was delicious and easy to make. My husband, who usually won't eat anything that has green stuff in it had seconds. I would make this again.
