  1. In a saucepan, over medium heat, cook raisins, water, margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg until margarine is melted; continue cooking for 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Spread into a 8-in square baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.

I substituted bing cherries for the raisins and it was awesome. I also sprinkled semi sweet chocolate chips on half of it before baking. Was very good both ways.

It was a nice chewy bar. Doesn't taste good warm, but even my husband liked it cold. I won't make them too often, because they are 115 calories. Liked them a lot though!
