  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease baking sheets.
  2. Ina a bowl stir together the flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. In a large bowl beat the margarine and the sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the eggs and vanilla and beat well. Stir in the flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Stir in the cereal.
  4. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cookies cool on a wire rack.



These are just awful. I'm looking for any good low-fat cookie recipes, but not succeeding at all. They spread out too much and smell terrible while they're baking. Maybe I just don't like the...

These were better than I expected. I little hint of a vanilla in blend with the chocolate form the cocoa puffs. These are unusual cookies and that is what I really like about them.
