This was pretty good. Hubby and I both agreed this would have been better on a different bread than rye. I used Russian Rye. I was afraid the horseradish would be too strong, but I couldn't even...

Used this spread on rolls and home-made bread for roast beef sandwiches with melted pepper-jack cheese and roasted peppers! AWESOME!!!
