  1. In a small bowl, toss together the cranberries and SPLENDA(R) Granulated Sweetener. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together the oranges, onion, cabbage, apple and mayonnaise until evenly coated. When ready to serve add cranberry mixture and toss again.

Very tasty! The quantity of onion seemed to be too much, so I used 1/2 of a smallish red onion and that was enough for us. This was a great accompaniment to grilled chicken.

Loved it. Excellent summer dish for family gatherings.
