  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together sugar and butter or margarine. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  2. Stir in flour, salt and baking soda. Add coconut and sunflower seeds. Mix together well.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes.



These cookies are pretty good. They taste very buttery, and remind me of shortbread in this way. I like them, though, although they aren't the best I've ever had. I may make them again, may not....

these deserve zero stars! Lacking in flavor; a complete waste of ingredients and time.
