  1. Whisk vinegar, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil to make a thick dressing; set aside.
  2. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, and cool slightly; toss with dressing.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the salami, pepperoni, Asiago cheese, olives, red peppers and artichokes.
  4. Add pasta to salad ingredients; toss and serve.

Great flavor and texture. The heartburn is totally worth it.

Very nice! Tasty dressing. Good balsamic, deli meats and Asiago cheese makes a real difference. Delicious.

It was extreamly good, but the recipe made tons. I think this is going to become a company meal for me.
