  1. Place powdered milk and confectioners' sugar into a mixing bowl. Stir in coconut milk until all of the powdered milk is moist and a stiff dough has formed.
  2. Form the dough into walnut-sized balls and roll in white sugar to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

not very good at all. They taste a little like condensed milk. It doesn't seem like enough coconut milk but it is, just keep on stirring. Will not make again.
