  1. Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Combine potatoes and butter in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with Morton Garlic Salt. Toss to coat potatoes evenly.
  2. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for forty minutes, stirring occasionally.

These potatoes only had a very subtle garlic flavour which I really liked. It didn't cover up the flavour of the potato itself.
