  1. Place raisins in a small bowl and cover with hot water. Soak 5 minutes. Drain. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well. Chill 1 hour and serve.

I don't like raisins but Husband does, so I made a batch of this slaw without them and mixed a handful into Husband's serving. He ended up picking them out, and agreed it was much better without.
