  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In 13 x 9-inch roasting pan, with or without rack, place chicken breast-side-up. Rub chicken with Olive Oil, then sprinkle Lawry's(R) Seasoned Salt and Lawry's(R) Seasoned Pepper over outside and inside cavity of chicken. Roast 60 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of the thigh reaches 180 degrees F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
