I scaled this to 6 servings and found it to be simple to make and very good. I used no salt tomatoes and added just a little salt, oregano and basil, as my tomatoes were unseasoned. I did find it to be a little thin, so next time I may cut back on the water by 1/2 cup. It was simple to use with ingredients I had on hand.

I followed the instructions TO A "T" and this receipe was a total fail. My sauce came out running, not thick at all. I tried to boil longer than the receipe called for and it still did not thicken. Don't bother with this one, folks. Not worth the time or the expense...I'm on a budget as a single mom so I'm doubly frustrated.
