Just got an email from everydayhealth.com entitled "The Best Seafood For Diabetis". The title confused me, does it mean if you what diabetis you should eat these types of sea food or if you have diabetis they will help with your diet? Each listing was preceded with the phrase "Eating Fish With Diabetes", I didn't know fish got diabetis.

In your BBQ chicken wing recipe, you instruct to reserve 1/2 of the sauce for later. Should you NOT use sauce that previously contained "raw" chicken???

My cheese sauce is too thick. Adding more milk doesn't seem to help. Could I be using too much cheese?

I am diabetic & also a vegetarian. My question is how do I figure out what the serving size is before making any of the recipes? Such as 'Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup', says serves 8 but not what the serving size is.

What do you consider the dimensions of a large jelly roll pan? I want to make this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Pumpkin-Bars-with-Cream-Cheese-Frosting/Detail.aspx but have only a basic 9x13 pan. Do you think that would work, or should I get an actual jelly roll pan. It looks to me from the pictures, that they were done in a deeper pan than suggested. Thank you, Jeremy

My mother used to make the best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. When I make them they come out a little bit harder. How can I make them softer? I don't remember if she used more flour and 1 less egg or something else. Thank you very much.
