I have an important question regarding marinade. I have never seen anyone saying I can cook (on the stove top) the marinade that the raw meat has been sitting in. Why is that?

Recently I bought a jar of maple butter and it was absolutely delicious. Anyone have a recipe for me? The maple butter I bought came in a small glass jar and it said it was organic. I can't remember the name of it, but I thib I may have purchased it at Saveon. It was thick and creamy. Thank you for any help. I will check back in the morning as I'm heading off to bed now. Good night everyone.

What do you do if you realize as you cut into an avocado that it really isn't quite ripe yet?

Also, as an addition to my previous question, has anyone ever heard of She-Crab soup? We had it at a hole-in-the-wall place in south Florida one summer, and I can't seem to find a recipe like it. Very creamy and rich. Thank you :)

Hello hello!! I'm looking for your BEST home-made soup recipes.. It's starting to warm up here in Florida so I want to make some end-of-winter soup for the family. I've already done butternut squash, broccoli cheese, chicken noodle, and tomato, so I was looking for something a little different. Thanks so much! :)

Some friends make these copycat "Gone Bananas" from Trader Jo's. They must be popular. To make them you freeze slices of banana, dip them in melted dark chocolate with a little coconut oil. I'm sharing but also asking for any similar recipes you know of. Thank you!! http://theviewfromgreatisland.com/2014/07/copycat-trader-joes-gone-bananas.html
