Please help me, friends! I'm uninspired and need to write my food column by tomorrow. Doesn't AR have a way to pull up ethnic recipes, like all Chinese, Italian, etc? I thought at one time that we were able to do this. Thanks so much!

Please share your favorite recipe for a frittata. We have eggs and frozen mushrooms and onions a can of Artichoke hearts. We have never made a Frittata. My Poppy made one for us once. We also have a bit of Parmesan and a bit of wonderful white cheese with cranberries. Thank you.(:

Good Sunday morning Buzzers! Hey, put your thinking caps on for me because I'm having a serious lapse! Looking for an oldie but goodie slow cooker shredded/pulled BBQ chicken recipe on here, it's been around forever. I thought it had "awesome" in the name? Can't find it in my searches! Do you remember it? Thanks!

What is a good substitute for fresh mozzarella? I love a nice caprese salad except for the cheese. Thanks, friends!

I always pound chicken if I need to sauté quickly. Do you ever pound chicken you put on grill?

BRINING Questions: I am brining approximately 4lbs of chicken Pieces. (Breasts and legs with skin and bone). My plan was to cook it tonight after about 4 hours of brining. Plans change. Question 1) Can I brine chicken pieces all night and cook tomorrow or is that too long? Question 2) Can I freeze after brining and before cooking?

Years ago I had a recipe for a seafood pasta that had shrimp and scallops, mushrooms, heavy cream and sherry. I cannot find the recipe anywhere and I know I'm missing some ingredients. Has anyone ever seen this recipe, or better yet, HAVE this recipe?

Looking for your favorite grilled recipes. Hubs just bought us a new monster sized grill! Don't know if I'll ever cook inside again! Looking for meats, sides, desserts, anything that you've made that you can't wait to try again. Thanks!

What do you make when you buy sour cream, half and half, or heavy cream? I have one recipe for each and it goes bad. Some other ideas would be great. Thanks
