So frustrated! My darn search on my recipe box is not working today at all, no matter how many times I hit search agsin and again or even change the word slightly. Been trying for 15 minutes now to get Christina's recipe for ribs. I've never made ribs, but it's on menu for tomorrow. Can anyone help and give me her recipe link? Thanks a bunch!!!!!

Good morning all! It is so hot, hard to think about baking. However, I have volonteered to make 2 pans of bars for the Bible School picnic in 10 days. Tell me the bars the kids in your life love.

Grated cheese: do you buy the convenient bags or grate your own? I have read home grated is much better. It is also sometimes hard to find a particular type - like grated Swiss, for example.

Hi everyone, BIT of a tricky question: is there a type of bread that is just THE BASIC? Not any particular type, just…bread? That can be made into other breads just by adding ingredients? TIA.

Thanks to everyone who sent me ideas for my al fresco dinner party...not sure how to let you know I've already decided to do a paella...and salad...probably some kind of homemade sorbet for dessert. Appetizers will be coconut prawns, a yummy bruschetta, watermelon with balsamic, probably some caprese skewers, and not sure what else "yet". Appreciate the suggestions... thanks

Good evening to everyone, I made another cookie recipe using a Maple Crunch cereal and marshmallows with coconut, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, chocolate chips and yogurt to make a very wholesome cookie with sorghum flour added also.

I usually try to make something nice or more time consuming on Tuesday's because I am off on Tuesday's. The rest of the week is quick meals like tacos, rotisserie chicken frozen pizza ect. Tonight was stuffed jalapeños and I did something a little different and added Monterey jack cheese and the cheese melted out and burnt. I've added cheddar and this didn't happen. What went wrong? Also need inspiration for tomorrows dinner. I go to the stores on Tuesday's also so anything goes!

Anyone have a tried and true blueberry bagel recipe? I have made several attempts at bagels, all not what I was hoping for.I did just get new yeast, which greatly improved my bread. Im hoping it will do the same for bagels.

I am going to put together some cute little "Teacher Emergency Kits" for my fellow co-workers and need some help. You don't have to be a teacher to help. They would work for anyone who work anywhere.
