Hi all. I am providing for a bake sale tomorrow. I am baking an angel food cake in a disposable foil pan. Do I need to remove the cake from the foil pan so that it is loose and easy to get out? Or just leave it and cool as is and cool in the pan? TIA, I am in and out so I will check back later.

I was reading some reviews on "The Tender Pan-Fried Chicken Breasts" and came across a review from Didi Tomate. I think the date was May 2015, but in her review of this chicken recipe, she said that she served it with white rice and a gravy. COULD YOU PLEASE SHARE WHAT GRAVY DID YOU MAKE OR USE? I'm making the black bean burger tonight for dinner. The recipe calls for a 16 ounce can of black beans, but I have a 16 ounce bag instead(I had already gotten the bag before checking out the recipe). I've already soaked and rinsed the beans, so my question is how much do I use? I don't have anything to weight it, and I assume I don't have to use the whole bag.
