Hello, I am looking for things to do in Washington DC, for a week, Mon-Fri during the day? I have been there a few times already. I have v thetovisited the American History Museum, Natural History, and Holocaust Museum. Any other must see museums, stops, or places to eat, on foot, in the heart of Washington DC? I know its getting late, so I will check back tomorrow too. TIA!

411: I'm a genius. I figured it out all by myself! (Admittedly, no choice. I couldn't see your comments. Thanks for caring!) Btw, I'm really not a genius. ;)

I'm making a bacon wrapped, maple glazed salmon for a brunch. Some of the recipes I've seen add things like Dijon mustard, garlic or dill to the maple syrup. I'm also considering a touch of cayenne. What do you all think I should add?

I bought 2 pork roasts yesterday for a dollar a pound. Any great recipes out there? Bonus if it can be stretched and to be made into another meal later that week.

Hi Semigourmet. Are you using Chrome? I was having trouble, so I started using Chrome and I can see comments now. I also have a MacBook Pro and I had to update to Yosemite.

No one else is seeing comments, right? Only recipe posts? 'Not liking this. No. 'Suppose you'll have to post a new post to respond. :(

I mill my own red winter wheat for my wheat bread. I use NO flour except the whole grain. How ever the kids complain they can't take sandwiches to school because the bread falls apart. I need a recipe for a Whole Wheat bread to use as a sandwich bread.

Good Morning Everyone, I asked this last night and I am going to see what you guys think....I am making Reuben Sandwiches and was confused by the selection of bread. We dislike Rye bread but love the dark colored pumpernickel bread that a restaurant we frequent serves theirs on. The bread selection said rye/pumpernickel....what does that mean? Isn't rye and pumpernickel different breads? It is not swirled bread (I did see that choice at the store) thanks for your help.

I have these pre-seasoned chicken breasts that were on sale, but I have no clue what to do with them. I don't just want to bake them because that is so boring. but I don't know what I should do with them because they are already salted/seasoned. any suggestions?
