Hey y'all! A big thanks to chairlifter, patticakes, Abbey, Bren, ONIOND, Sharon007, Happy Grandma, Lilcat, FrackFamily5, manella, Marie C., Rosebud, and Lela!! You don't know how much your prayers mean! Mom had to go to the ER last night. They ran tests and figured out the problem. So right now she's doing better. She's taking her medication on time and it's helping a lot. Y'all mean so much! Thanks AR Family!! :)

Good day everyone! Y'all never fail to provide so many wonderful recipes and insightful advice when needed, thank you for that! So, I have gone back to work after 8 years as a SAHM. I am looking for quick weeknight meals and crockpot meal ideas. With sports, 4H, homework and a plethora of other things going dinner is the last thing I feel like worry about. So.... Reading my most recent edition of the magazine CUISINE AT HOME. Little blurb about an herb called epazote, used mostly on Mexican cooking. Sound very interesting, thinking of looking for it. Wondering if anyone has used it or tried it. If so, do you like it? What did you use it in? Thanks!

Ok my husband walked into the house with a 5gal bucket of apples. "here babe all for you". Jaw dropped and I was rendered speechless. What am I going to do with all of these apples? I can only make so many pies or sauce. Ugg! They are a tart firm apple type. I know you all will give some ideas.

Pork Loin Cut Chop-We have a pork loin cut chop we got from the Keene Community Kitchen and am wondering how to fix it. The weight can not be read since its rubed off/fadded but I would think about it is about a pound. What can we do with this? We are low on ingredients to go with it and can not run to the store to buy any thing. Thanks.

I'm planning to make this baklava. I have a jar of raw local honey that i want to use. Will this work ok? I may be overthinking this but I'm concerned that since raw honey is solid at room temp that it could affect the texture of the finished product. Thanks so much.
