Hey hey! I'm going to be making Marianne's cupcakes for a bridal dress cake. I plan to make and then freeze them to get a jump on prep. Should I bake them in liners then insert them into new liners after defrosting? I plan to use foil liners I think for 'decorating' purposes. Or bake them in the foil liners and they will be ok after defrosting? Anybody have any experience with freezing the foil liners? I froze them before in the paper liners with Halloween decorations on them, they were kind of muddled, but it didn't matter. Thanks! Any other tips welcome too! I will probably frost the night before and frig the whole thing overnight.

I have an 8 ounce package of imitation crab. I'm looking for some ideas, preferably easy, on what to do with it. Something more on the 'fresh' side would be great. Thanks!

Thanks for the brownie recipe suggestions. I am going to make every single one of them (one at a time of course). I do not mind cakey textured brownies, so I benefit out of this search no matter what. Thanks again. [[[[HUGS]]]]

We're having an Italian-themed lunch for end of year freshman class. Does anyone have any tried and true crock-pot recipes that are Italian?
