Question: (2 answers)

Hello, I have a question about Kirsten's Juicy Thanksgiving recipe. I usually use an oven thermometer (as opposed to an instant read) to save the hassle of putting the turkey back in the oven by myself if needed. Has anyone done this with this recipe? Thank you, Ruth

Happy Thanksgiving! I am looking for a nice way to bake or roast our turkey that is not the same old same old. We do not have much choice in the way of options but we are tired of just throwing the turkey into the oven. We do have at least 3 boxes of stuffing, cans of green beans, salt and pepper. Maybe my request is to vauge? I just dont want the same old same old. We have a 12 lbs turkey that I just took out to thaw.

Anyone make Kale Chips? Other than salt and olive oil do you add any other seasonings for flavor? My husband saw them on Food Network one day and said he'd like to try them. Where I grew up, kale was for decorating the salad bar, not eating! LOL
