to piggy-back on heide's comment about beater paddles for KA mixers...I have a 20 yr old pro-line model. I googled it and I think it is either a 6 or 7 quart or is this the 6.5 qt? which size beater paddles should I buy and where can I get them?

I made a cheesecake to take to a party Saturday, the host got sick and canceled the party. I have had the cheesecake in the fridge since Saturday night covered in plastic wrap. Do you think it would be okay to eat on Christmas? Thanks!

Thanks for all the cards and gifts! Sorry that we never got our cards out. We did get all the cards ready and addressed but just so much going on that they never got stamped and mailed.

Two cons of my KitchenAid mixer: the weight and the paddle blade doesn't effectively scrape the sides or bottom of the bowl. At T.J.Maxx I found Beater Blade. It's the paddle beater with rubber blades along the outside of the beater.INCREDIBLE!!! Best $14.99 I ever spent. My model is the Classic Plus with 4.5 qt. bowl. The item # for that one is KA-TH. (beaterblade.com) Now If I could just make it lighter... Happy Holidays everyone!

I just posted a fruity drink, if your interested. Adult version or kid-friendly version. This will be served both ways for our Christmas Holiday.

Question: (2 answers)

I used to get a recipe video each day and I loved the feature. Most have been saved to my recipe box. However about 4 days ago the daily videos stopped coming and I can not find my recipe box without it. I finally remembered your site name and re-upped, but I can not figure how to start the daily videos with chef John and the cool Lady each day. And can't find my recipe box. Please help. I really look forward to the daily mail! Thanks much.
