I bought a large can of San marzano tomatoes and want to make marinara sauce but will not be able to use it all at one time. I know I can freeze the leftovers but do you think it will change the flavor. Of course I would like it to taste as fresh as when I first make it.

Question: (2 answers)

Hello, can anyone help me recover a recipe I had found here, than lost. A sweet potatoe recipe, that I baked after having already mashed the potatoes. It has flour, brown sugar, chopped pecans, placed on top of the mashed sweet potatoes than baked. There might have also been an egg in it. Thank you

When a recipe on this site calls for one-half boneless chicken breast, how does that translate into pounds? Chicken breasts vary in size and weight. Isn't there a more accurate way to srandardize these recipes?

Question: (2 answers)

Hello! I made this recipe for low carb sausage breakfast balls: http://www.food.com/recipe/low-carb-breakfast-balls-98774, and stupidly should have cut it in half - it's a huge amount of food! I'm getting tired of eating them as they are and was trying to think of some innovative way of re-purposing them, instead of just chopping them up for a salad or something. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Question: (5 answers)

while looking through the vegetarian recipes I noticed that some call for Worcestershire sauce. Worcestershire sauce is made with anchovies. It probably would be best to update those recipes and call for one of the many Worcestershire sauce substitutes.

Totally OT but someone sent this to me on facebook and it was so darn funny I've had to watch it like ten times because regardless they were way braver than me. Because that spider is what we get here in sunny FL..tipping and tapping across the walls...shudder. I hope no one takes offense it is just to funny. Mild cussing.

Question: (3 answers)

This is not food related. I have noticed the ad for Travelsmith on your site. I am interested in purchasing a 15" carry on with a free tote. I understand that, as a Canadian, I will have to phone my order in to the company. Has anyone here (in Canada) gone this route? Any comments would be useful. Thank you.
