Here's a tough one for u. I'm having stomach issues with dairy. esp.eggs(A little cheese is ok, just no heavy cream or straight eggs). Also, I'm diabetic, so have to watch carbs, too. We love most vegetables. But, not just by themselves. I've made turkey tacos, chicken soup, beef veg soup, baked fish & cole slaw and fajitas with broccoli slaw, in the past week. I sure could use ideas for dinners! entree' & sides. Thank you, if you post!

Your recipe photo for rice with raisins and almonds show cashews not almonds. Am I mistaken?

I have been making a Cheese Sauce by Samantha Webb. The flavor and consistency is awesome, but texture is a bit "gritty." I'm using real butter, flour, grated sharp cheddar (in the bag), and a touch of lemon juice. How can I make it "smoother.?

Mushroom question...it seems to me that older (starting to brown) mushrooms have more flavor when you sauté them. Or am I imagining that?

I'm making Chicken Enchiladas for a large luncheon and was wondering if they will do fine if I make them a day? I plan to use white corn tortillas which I will fry lightly so they won't break and then add my topping the day of luncheon and bake. I guess Im worried about them breaking apart since I'm storing them in frig a day ahead.

Does anybody have a really good recipe for Whole wheat bread using all Whole wheat flour? And that doesn't fall apart easily? Maybe I just don't know how to make bread very well but it seems like a lot of homemade whole wheat bread I make falls apart easily.

I'm making a light chicken broth based soup that calls for white wine. I usually just sub chicken broth but I'm going to the store and I'd like to know what type of white wine would be appropriate. TIA
