A while back, someone posted that if you blow bubbles in a temp of less than 32 degrees, the bubbles will freeze. Last night, DH read that if you add the liquid from a glow-in-the-dark stick to a jar of bubbles, the bubbles will glow in the dark. Spring break next week so I see a lot of bubbles fun!

Most know by now I'm Asian cooking challenged & this may be something everyone knows but saw on a show. The chef had a bowl of sticky rice, stirred in a raw egg to coat the grains of rice. A stainless steel (not a non-stick) skillet with a bit of sesame oil, garlic & ???. The egg kept the rice from sticking together & to the pan, 'fried' up nicely.

Hi! I'm new to The Buzz (first entry). . . but just wanted to make a comment. Noticed that someone was interested in lowering their sodium content. May already know this, but just in case someone hasn't tried this, wanted to share what we use. Have been using for some 30+ years and you cannot tell the difference from regular salt. It's called Salt Sense and it is 33% less sodium. We purchase at Winn-Dixie. You can get it either iodized or not iodized. Hope this helps someone. Happy Cooking!??

hi! I'm looking for a recipe called "Chocolate Dream Cake." It is supposed to be a chocolate layer cake, but the frosting & filling is made of cool whip, cream cheese, and grated chocolate. Also, the cake layers are frozen before adding the filling, etc. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks!

I have a bunch of strawberries (5 clam shells of them!). Some will be cut up and put in the freezer for later use, but I want to use some this weekend. What do you have for me that's not cake or pie? Bonus points for faceless. :) Thank you, all!
