Just thought I would update - somebody had asked if using evaporated milk (in the exact proportion) instead of heavy cream in soups really changed the taste of the soup or the texture of it when frozen. I tried both and truly there was no discernable difference between the two. The only difference I noticed was the "less bloated" feeling I got from eating all the extra fat from the heavy cream.

Any suggestions for what I can serve with a stir fry meal? I usually just fix some garlic bread but all I have tonite is sandwich bread. I don't want to make egg rolls as I have no wrappers. What would be good? I serve it on rice usually. I love those biscuits from Red Lobster but DH doesn' seem to care for them when I fix them.

I mixed this butter last night, spread in a shallow glass dish, covered & chilled overnight. It was hard as a stick of butter this morning but I used a small zester to easily cut fine ribbons of the butter that then spread easily on the warm toast. No need to remember to set out early to soften!

Years ago Skippy P.B. had a recipe for Peanut Butter Fudge on the label. I remember my Mother putting marshmallows in it (don't know if that was in the recipe or not). Does anyone have it? Josie

I love goulash, and I make it often. But, it's always missing something, and I cannot put my finger on it. I added paprika the last time, and that helped, but it still needs something. When you guys brown the ground beef for goulash, what seasonings to you use in it? Or, any other suggestions will be great! Thanks!
