Hi Everyone! I'm making a hash brown casserole and a reviewer said to freeze half because it makes a lot. Question - I plan to do that but do I cook it and then freeze it or freeze it before I cook it? Thank you!!

i always like cooking first- then i have a quick dinner if needed:-)

when heating- if i need to add a little moisture- no big deal- i don't have to wait to find out:-)

when i see my schedule - or have a crazy day coming- i just put in the fridge to thaw & dinner is almost made for tomorrow:-)
