I'm making these cookies...http://www.finecooking.com/recipes/peanut_butter_sandwich_cookies.aspx..& they call for cake flour. I accidentally bought bread flour. I also have all purpose, of course, & wheat flour. What should I use? Thank you!

I love those cookies. Made with the cake flour they are so wonderfully tender. Be sure to make the cookies small and use the mini chocolate chips for best results.
