I am trying to make Meatloaf...and just realized I don't have any eggs. Does anyone know of a substitution that I could use? Its for dinner tonight.... Thanks!!

I think that it may be fine without the eggs maybe try adding some extra bread crumbs =) goodluck!

I use leftover oatmeal. What else do you have? Flaxseed mixed with a bit of water is a sub for eggs, but not everyone has ground flax. Plain yogurt? Maybe a bit of mayo?

Do a search for "Mearloaf that doesn't crumble" on this site. It is egg free.
