!! I want to know, what do I put on apple slices, banana slices and avocado slices to keep the slices from turn- ing brown? Lemon juice makes.it taste funny.

	Jan. 7, 2013 1:29 pm You can put apple slices in salt water. Doesn't affect the taste as much as lemon juice. I did that at Christmas for a fruit tray and the apples lasted a couple of days.
