WOW! I just used cake flour, for the first timein my life, I made an orange bundt, from this site. It came out like a sponge cake. I did tweak and add some sour cream, but it is probably one of the best, { texture wise}.. I ever had.. Cake flour--- where have you been all my life? I did make the same cake last night with regular flour,, NO comparison,, cake flour won! PS, I never bought it, cuz it cost so much and I bake ALLOT,,,Just say'in

I thoughti got the recipe from AR, but i guess i didn't, couldn't find it here,so who knows where it came from, but it is the original recipe except they use orange peel instead of extract and i added the sour cream, because i bought 2 for 1,, so it worked fine, if you like a rich, cake,, similar to pound cake, after 25 to 30 min in oven, edges will be browning , but top doesn't, leave in a tiny bit longer if you need too! you'll know when it's done. I've made it a few times before, and it's just not a high cake,, but boy is it yummy.. lol
