charlotte is asking: (2 answers)
Does anyone have a good recipe for microwavable chocolate chip cookies? (Or any tips for making cookies in the microwave in general?) I'm staying at a place where there's no oven at the moment...:(

Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookies From Cooks.com Ingredients: - ¼ cup vegetable oil - 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed - 2 eggs - 1 teaspoon vanilla - 1 ½ cup Bisquick - ½ cup chocolate chips - ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional) Directions: Put the vegetable oil in a bowl, and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Blend this until it is lump-free. Next, stir in the Bisquick mix. When this is thoroughly blended, fold in your chocolate chips and gourmet nuts. Drop the cookies onto a microwavable dish (make them smaller than you would for a conventional oven). Each microwave cooks differently, but in general, it takes about 2-4 minutes on medium setting.

Thanks for the recipe! Just one question: Would it still be crunchy or more like gooey?

You have to be careful because if you over bake they will be brittle and extra crispy. I would try one at a time until you figure out the amount of cooking time to your liking. Especially since all microwaves cook differently. Let us know how they turnout.
