Got a quick question. I want to alter a recipe by changing from 2 cups raisins and substitute with Libbys Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix. How much would I use. The recipe I am trying to make is the Depression Cake II. If you see anything else that I need to alter to make it come out right please let me know also. Thanks and have a wonderful day!

You would have ao alter the liquid, sugar & spices. Sorry I can't give you the exact amounts. Just subbing the pumpkin for the raisins would totally throw off the chemistry of this recipe. Maybe you could find a pumpkin quick bread that would suit.
