I make have made soft pretzels from the same recipe lots of times, the past 3 times the dough won't rise at all. I keep buying new yeast, the water is always the right temp , always let all of my dough rise in a 100 degree f oven (for years it works great), always add the salt last. I can't think of what I am doing wrong. :P drivin' me crazy! I have been making yeast dough for years by hand and have never had problems until now. please help!
