I'm making Easy Slow Cooker French Dip soon, and because of a recent diagnosis of celiac disease I cannot add the beer. I was thinking of either 1. Buying gluten free beer which may prove costly. 2. Adding red wine instead of beer 3. Omitting the alcohol altogether replacing it with extra beef broth. I’m kind of torn because I love the flavor of the beer but unsure how gluten free beer would taste in the recipe. The cut of beef is so expensive I don’t want to ruin it.
