Kristen Ruppenstein Dunegan is looking for: (1 answer)
To anyone whose made fondant- Mine never got firm enough to knead...Is it still going to be useable as a petits fours glaze? I cooked it to soft ball stage, then worked it with a wooden spoon until it turned white. It just never got any firmer than a glaze. Any ideas what could have gone wrong?
