So I hate cheese. Pretty much every kind of cheese. All my cookbooks, including the one I just bought, are filled with recipes made with cheese. I'm just wondering if there are any foods that (non-cheese) that could be suitable substitutes for cheese in recipes without completely altering the recipe? I searched the internet and the only things I could find are certain types of cheese substitues for other cheeses and non dairy cheese substitutes for dairy cheeses. Doesn't matter what type or dairy or non dairy, I can't stand the flavor of cheese. Just checking to see if there are any foodies out there that have the same problem as me.
