I just realized I used evaporated milk when I should have used regular milk in my cocount pie. It has puffed up quite a bit in the oven. Is it ruined? I'm going to have to take it out of the oven and it's supposed to cook about 14 more minutes but it's getting very brown and the outer crust has broken off. Think it will be any good?
