Evening Everyone!! Hope your happy in your kitchen tonight:) Was a little on the sick side today, but immediately upon recovering I made my way to my favorite area of the house and did a couple of experiments. Anyways, my question for you tonight is: Can I use sweet potato in place of pumpkin in bread or cookie recipes? What about butternut squash? Do they yield similar results? Would appreciate your thoughts!! Thanks all!!
