I hope someone can help me! Last week I was watching Pioneer Woman where Ladd was making beef tenderloin. I thought...no need to take notes, I can just log on FoodNetwork and get it there. Apparently, Ladd's recipes are listed. I looked so good. Can anyone help? I know it seems simple, but my short term memory, especially when it comes to number (temperature and time to cook) is very poor. I have to have something written to follow.
