I bought a pack of cut honeydew melon about 20 hours ago. It's wrapped in cling - and I opened it just once to pull out one slice of melon. I haven't been near a refrigerator all day so haven't been able to fridge it. Do you think it's still safe for consumption? If it is,and If I pop it in the fridge now, how long will it last until? I've had some real bad experience with cut fruit poisoning especially with kiwis and the like and hence am a bit paranoid. :) Thanks in advance for your answers and have a great day!
