When I make cheese potatoes i use a bag of frozen homefries, a pint of 1/2 and 1/2, a stick of butter and a block of velveeta cheese and cook in a 9x13 dish for 1 hour. Instead of using the homefries i want to use scallop potatoes and double the recieps for about 20 people. Can anyone help me with how long I should cook them? Thank you sooo much!!!
