I'm looking for an old Weight Watchers recipe (from 20+ years ago). It was a warm chickpea and rice-based dish. Here are the ingredients I can recall--canned chickpeas, white rice, bell pepper flakes, parmesan, carrots and celery. I lived off the stuff and don't think it was hard to make, just want to make sure I add all the pertinent ingredients. Thank you!
