Please help me modify this recipe - Whoopie Pies IV (will post link inside, from this site). I do not really like the idea of adding egg whites to the cream filling because it is uncooked. I've looked all over for egg white substitute and haven't found it. Today is the day of the party that I am going to be making these for so I no longer have time to keep searching! Can I make the filling without egg whites or should I substitute something else? TIA!
